It was a clear and warm morning in Knightdale, NC at Forestville Elementary when the “Rock & Roll Battledome” was installed for a surprise team building event. When the teachers walked in and saw the cafeteria was now home to dozens of drums and a full LIVE ROCK BAND was jamming, the delight on their faces was incredible!

As a drummer (who is always behind the kit, with no microphone) leading team building events, I personally feel EXTRA vulnerable: totally naked without my precious drum kit in front of me!

It’s one of our rules at Drum Team Collective: Rock and Roll Team Building. Ideas are easy to come by, and the easiest reaction to one is: NO.
