Drum Team Collective founder Mike McKee is the drummer/percussionist for the band Delta Rae.
He's traveled the world with the band since 2009, and performed on Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Late Night with Seth Meyers. Offstage you may recognize him as an alumnus of Forbes Magazine's "30 under 30.”
Mike is also co-founder of the NAMM award-winning company BaldMan Percussion. Ever the passionate teacher, Mike started Drum Team Collective in 2018 to share the love of drumming with as many people as possible and has been unifying teams with music ever since.

Azul Zapata is a singer, songwriter, trumpet player, and an all around energetic human being. Azul has her own project under her name AZUL and has played music all around the world.
For Drum Team Collective, she is typically your first point of contact and rocks with you from the email chain to the final group photo at the event.
Having the unique ability to communicate with clients and audiences alike, Azul will be able to help you curate the perfect Rock & Roll Team Building experience your team has ever had.

Chris Russell is a professional drummer, background vocalist, and music educator with over 25 years of touring and recording experience across the United States.
With more than 30 years of teaching experience—both privately and at the elementary through university levels—he has helped students of all ages develop their skills and passion for music throughout the East Coast.
As the founder and former executive director of PopShopWV in Morgantown, West Virginia, Chris has dedicated his career to inspiring creativity, collaboration, and confidence in the next generation of musicians.
Whether on stage or in the classroom, his mission remains the same: to share the joy and power of music.
