The team leaders behind our Rock & Roll Team Building experience are seasoned musicians and entrepreneurs who have performed with and supported major artists. Combining their passion for music, and talent for unlocking workplace potential, this dynamic team will lead your group in an unforgettable day of team bonding through the power of drumming and rock music. With decades of experience, these band leaders are sure to bring out the inner rock star in all of your colleagues.

FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR:
MIKE MCKEE

Drum Team Collective founder Mike McKee is the drummer/percussionist for the band Delta Rae. He's traveled the world with the band since 2009, and performed on Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Late Night with Seth Meyers.Offstage you may recognize him as an alumnus of Forbes Magazine's "30 under 30.”Mike is also co-founder of the NAMM award-winning company BaldMan Percussion.Ever the passionate teacher, Mike started Drum Team Collective in 2018 to share the love of drumming with as many people as possible and has been unifying teams with music ever since. His experience as a team leader will bring out the inner ROCKSTAR in everyone on your team!

DIRECTOR: ADAM ORGAN

Adam Organ (who goes by AO) is a serial entrepreneur and a seasoned digital commerce and marketing technology executive with more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies. He partnered with Mike to help realize the vision and direction of Drum Team Collective as our Managing Director. While he has no musical chops whatsoever he has a knack for unlocking the best in people and teams. When he is not dreaming up big ideas at work you can usually find him at a local music venue checking out some of his favorite artists and bands.
